A motorbike washing area, specifically dedicated for this use, will be located right outside the Paddock in free access.

Please note the Washing aera will open all days during the Paddock opening days and times except on the Tuesdays 8th and 15th October.


The organiser proposes a complete catering service for teams from Paddock opening date, 8th October to the Event’s end; I.e. 19th October:

  • Breakfast in the paddock Team catering space.
  • Lunch in the paddock Team catering space and / or possibility to book lunch pack delivered early morning in the paddock Team catering space.
  • Dinner in the paddock Team catering space.

Due to shipping costs important increase, it is difficult for the organiser to propose a competitive solution for shipping and logistic. The FMNs or other structures are invited to manage by themselves shipping solutions.

For paddock set up, the organiser will propose a truck crane service to install / uninstall containers as well as container rental service. The Teams and FMNs will have to pay the fee (to be defined at a later stage) directly to the indicated service provider.

  • Dates for setting-up: to be confirmed depending on Structures needs, between Tuesday 8 to Thursday 10 October the latest.
  • Dismantling dates for container: Monday 21 October from 08:00 to 18:00.

As it is forbidden to drill the asphalt in all the Silleda Trade Show venue (paddock A and paddock B) the teams are invited to bring their own weights in order to secure their structures.

In case of need, the organiser will propose weight rental service. It is strongly recommended to book this service in advance as the quantities of weights are limited.

Considering the distances inside the Paddock and in order to preserve the environment, it will be possible to rent bicycles to move inside the Paddock.
